About Pauline Hyland

Pauline Hyland is a registered teacher and a contemporary artists. She has spent a lifetime teaching and making art. She has worked with all sections of society; from healthcare settings to prisons and disadvantaged groups groups. She has completed projects with children and adults, both primary & secondary sectors. She has also worked in many areas where students have had learning difficulties, ASD, anxiety, health and communication issues. She is trained "Empathy in Education" (N4) facilitator and has qualifications in educational management (Trinity College Dublin) and Carer Guidance (N.U.I) she is a mother of four, who innate understanding of ABI and related memory & concentration issues. She has developed a multitude of techniques and strategies to help maintain & improve concentration and memory. This is enhanced by simple memory training exercises and the therapeutic effects of art for wellness. Classes are of huge benefit to adults who have noticed signs of difficulty in remembering schoolwork. Classes are proven to strengthen study and unquestionable relaxation techiniques that also help encourage participation in both individual projects and group activities, leading to superior social skills.
